Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that the site saves in your browser. They help the site work properly and remember your preferences between visits.

What we use cookies for

• Signing in – so you stay signed in while you shop.
• Cart – so the products you add are kept.
• Language – so we remember whether you browse in Bulgarian or English.
• Favourites – so we keep the products you have saved.

These cookies are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off.

Statistics and chat

If you choose “Accept all”, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and we remember how you found us (for example a search engine or an ad). We also load a chat so you can message us directly from the site.

If you choose “Necessary only”, these cookies are not used.

Payments

When you pay by card or PayPal, the payment providers may use their own cookies to protect your payment from fraud.

Managing cookies

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that the cart and signing in may then not work properly.
